30 DAYS OF THANKSGIVING

They say that it takes 30 days to build a habit. As we go into the month of thanksgiving, we wanted to dedicate 30 days to set time aside to pray and give thanks for all we have. When we have a heart of gratitude, it makes it hard for us to focus on what we don’t have and instills joy for the blessings we do have in our lives!
Ask God to show you how you can apply these principles of thanksgiving to your heart and life. Write the verses on note cards and place them around your house to memorize God’s Word (you can also use the memorization card method if you’re more of a visual learner!).
“I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of your wonderful deeds.” Psalm 9:1
Choosing to be grateful and focusing on the good will positively impact your life. Joy comes from gratitude and thanksgiving—the joy of the Lord is our strength! (Nehemiah 8:10)
