1. How are you pursuing your God-given purpose and destiny? And what is one thing you would say to encourage someone trying to pursue their God-given purpose today?

I’m pursuing my God-given purpose by motivating people to work out—not only to become healthy physically but mentally as well. I think God gave me a gift to motivate people to work out. Lots of people have the knowledge, but I’ve discovered that if you have the gift of connecting with people they will believe and grasp what you are teaching them.

I would encourage someone today by telling them that God is always present and to know in your heart that He will always provide.   

 

2. What motivates or inspires you?

People and God motivate me to be my very best every day. I love serving others and watching them succeed.


 

3. What books and podcasts are you currently reading and listening to that are helping you to continue growing and learning?

I’m currently reading It Happens After Prayer by H.B. Charles, Jr.

 

4. Tell us more about your business and how you are using this to make an impact in Market Place Ministry.

Every day, my prayer is to make sure my business has helped someone mentally, physically, and spiritually. I teach my clients that working out also gives you positive energy for life.

 

5. What do you love about Equipped by Faith?

I love that Equipped By Faith is able to bring such a diverse group of women together. We are all able to learn from one another and grow with each other. Equipped By Faith has made me a better woman, friend, sister, and girlfriend. Thank you, Sabrina, for creating this outlet for the women of Dallas.
